Netskope (Nasdaq: NTSK) is a global cloud security company serving 4,000+ customers, including 30%+ of the Fortune 100. Its private cloud, NewEdge, spans 120+ data centers across 75+ regions, creating significant operational complexity. Yet Sales and Finance planning require agility and speed, especially during annual planning cycles.

Netskope’s Sales Org Hierarchy, a relationship-based rollup that links geographies, segments, business units, overlays, and thousands of territories, serves as the backbone for bookings, revenue, P&L reporting, compensation, analytics, and forecasting.

Previously, planning was spreadsheet-driven and largely manual, with no common systems or cadence, missing key timelines, KPIs, third-party data, audits, version control, and downstream integration, making the fiscal-year GTM translation cumbersome and error-prone.

The Solution

LINEN Cloud delivered an integrated, secure, cloud-based Plan-to-Pay platform that replaced manual spreadsheets and centralized the Sales Org Hierarchy, territory design, quota setting, compensation planning, and sales crediting, with one-click publishing to CRM, ICM, BI, and forecasting tools. The platform adds version control, along with audits/traceability, improving data integrity and accelerating planning cycles without requiring manual rework.
